SUBMISSIONS

As we head into our second decade, we're trying something new. It will go by this name:

The Mythic Picnic Prize for Fiction.

It will carry a $500.00 purse. It will be sponsored by @MythicPicnic, in conjunction with the Wigleaf editorial staff.

Here's how it will work:

Our next submission period will be three times longer than usual, running from January 25 through February 12, with a two-day Reprise! window on March 1 and 2. All submissions from this period which are accepted for publication in Wigleaf will be eligible for the prize, which will be judged by @MythicPicnic.

As always, there will be no fee for submission.

As always, stories must be under 1000 words.

Submissions are welcomed via our SUBMITTABLE page.

(We're generally open during the final week of each academic month, with the exception of December. So: the final weeks of August, September, October, November, January, February, March and April.)

For all other correspondence: wigleaf.fiction@gmail.com.
